Valid passport for 6 months from the date of travel & old passport

2 photos as per the specification 35/45 80% face white back ground,

One Application form and please note in children from both parents should signed with children signed or thumb impression,

Original covering letter from pax on company letter head in detailIf pax is working then covering letter on plain paper & leave letter from Indian company,

Hotel confirmation as per the air ticket,Personal IT paper for last 3 years,

Personal Original bank statement for last 6 months with bank seal n sign,

If pax is working, then salary slips for last 3 months,

Overseas medical insurance policy (validity 15 days more than the travel dates)travel,

Return Air ticket.

Please note if children below 18 travelling with single parents then we required NOC affidavit on 100rs stamp paper with notary & home department from both parents.

Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the Visa Issuing Authorities and we cannot be held responsible nor can we interfere in any way in that matter.

It is understood by the client that he/she cannot make or raise any action demand or claim against Oasis Vacations or its employees, or Directors and shall also indemnify Oasis Vacations if any claim, or action direct or indirect is brought by any of its’ tour participants or party claiming to represent the client/ tour participant, shall always keep Oasis Vacations or its employees & Directors fully indemnified against any such claims howsoever caused.

Any increase or fluctuations in the cost of Airline or ground services or foreign exchange component will affect the overall cost of the tour for which the Company cannot be held responsible.

Full Payment to be paid 20 days before departure.

Seats will be confirmed only after making the token advance amount of ₹30,000
